How to have a healthy life with RA

Dia duit agus fáilte – that’s Irish for hello and welcome – to this info-packed post about how to enjoy a healthy life with RA and chronic illness (or without.) I write this blog because this is the info I needed when I was diagnosed with RA.

This blog is all about abundance – whatever that means to you. For us, it includes time with our four kidlets, two grandkids and our loved ones; the ability to travel and explore; time in the great outdoors, skiing, hiking, and adventure travel; financial stability; and good health. In fact, everything we enjoy in our lives relies on us being healthy and we make our health a top priority no matter where we are or what we’re doing.

We both have chronic health issues that impact our daily lives and we choose to use primarily natural and holistic methods. (Please note: just because I currently choose to address my symptoms without pharmaceuticals, it does not mean I am anti-drugs in any way; I believe we each must choose the best path for us and work with qualified health professionals to achieve the greatest possible health we can.)
